You can cancel your agreement with us at any time. We do not tie customers into long-term contracts and only work with business owners who want to work with us. If you no longer wish to use our service, you can cancel your agreement at any time by sending us a written cancellation statement. The notice period is 30 days.
Customer support: Export Worldwide offers unlimited customer support by email or telephone, which can be arranged via your account manager who will schedule an appointment with the EWW technical team. In addition there will be online training meetings scheduled to ensure a smooth implementation and to maximise the benefit you receive from Export Worldwide.
Payment terms: All payments are payable via a Direct Debit agreement or credit card. This requires you to fill in, sign and return a Direct Debit form which authorises our bank to debit your account with a set monthly amount. Should you wish to cancel this agreement, you can do so at any time by informing your bank. All services from Export Worldwide will be cancelled accordingly.
We will work with you to maximise the effectiveness of Export Worldwide as an international lead generator for your products. Export Worldwide is not responsible for the level of success you achieve which can be the result of multiple factors such as, managing and refreshing any contents, identification and selection of relevant search terms, other marketing sources and the effective management of leads and enquiries.
Our team only wants to work with business owners who are a pleasure to work with. We reserve the right to cancel this agreement with anyone who does not meet this criteria. If we cancel our agreement based on these reasons, all services will be suspended.
