What is a machine coolant recovery system?

The machine coolant recovery system solves the problem of waste in CNC workshops. The stainless-steel vacuum head sits in the bottom of a swarf/waste bin and sucks up coolant. The vacuum returns coolant to the machine’s coolant reservoir, allowing it to be reused.

No external power source is required, as the coolant recovery system receives power from the machine’s coolant pump. The kit is easy to install and maintenance free. Multiple fitting kits are available, so the coolant saver equipment works on almost any CNC/cutting machine.

The machine coolant recovery system includes:

Coolant saver unit
Vacuum head
Polyurethane hose: six-millimetre diameter and three-metres long (can be extended to 10 metres)
1.5-metre, 12-millimetre hose outlet
T-fitting and straight-fitting kits
