What is a CNC coolant recycling system?

The CNC coolant recycling system solves the problem of waste coolant in machining industries.

Place the stainless-steel vacuum head in the bottom of the machine’s swarf/waste (swarf bin) bin. The vacuum sucks up coolant from the bin and returns it to the machine.

The system receives power from the machine’s coolant pump, so no external power source is required. The kit is easy to install, simple to use and almost maintenance free, so it’s suitable for any business. Multiple fitting kits are available, so the kit works on a range of cutting/CNC machines.
