On-site nitrogen generation system for laboratories and industry

Nitrogen generation system [Nevis and Munro]

How does a nitrogen generation system work?

Apex Gas Generators specialises in on-site gas generation systems that use pressure swing adsorption (PSA) technology.

An air compressor sucks air into the generator. A filter removes contaminants and moisture. A carbon molecular sieve then removes carbon dioxide, oxygen and any remaining moisture. You receive an uninterrupted supply of high-purity nitrogen that’s suitable for laboratory and scientific use.

Why use an on-site nitrogen generator?

Receive an uninterrupted supply of gas

A nitrogen generator provides high-purity gas whenever you need it. You never have to use bottled gas again, so you save time and money.

Easy to install, use and maintain Install a nitrogen generator in any location. Anyone can be trained to use a gas generator. You can easily maintain the unit with a service kit from Apex.
Save space A nitrogen generation system takes up less space than gas cylinders. Many generators have castor wheels, and some fit on or under a workbench.

Improve workplace safety

Employees don’t have to move heavy cylinders, and you don’t have to store pressurised gas.
