TOC generator [TOC]
The APEX TOC generator uses a regenerative Pressure Swing Adsorption system to remove hydrocarbons and carbon dioxide from a compressed air stream. Our TOC generator includes particle filtration and an inbuilt buffer tank to provide an even flow of hydrocarbon free air at rates of up to 5 liters/minute.

Using regenerative Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) technology our TOC generator provides ideal performance, efficiency and reliability. Ultra dry air containing less than 1ppm of CO2 and free of TOC (Total Organic Carbons) is delivered as required. The generator is mounted in its own enclosure that allows it to be easily wall or stand mounted.
Delivering up to 5 liter/minute of TOC free air the TOC generator is ideal for supporting smaller applications. A TOC generator provides a lower power solution and offers a single integrated air treatment option that also removes carbon dioxide and moisture from compressed air.
Each unit is supplied with an integral buffer tank to even out the air flow and includes a full particulate filtration system that removes particles down to 0.01µm in size. An external regulator is also supplied.
